  • Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM

Order Processing and Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 PM will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Shipping Methods and Transit Time

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Transit Time: After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and is expected to arrive within 15-20 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays.

Shipping Rates and Fees

  • US Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $5.00 is applied to all orders shipped within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping Area: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
